The family and friends of Scott Schultz started this scholarship in 2008. Scott Schultz was a true community servant who served on the county board, the school board, the community park board and many other community/university committees. He also served as Mayor of Stevens Point, worked in the UWSP Alumni and Foundation offices and become Executive Director of the Community Foundation of Portage County. The purpose of this scholarship is to benefit graduating seniors from Stevens Point Area Senior High or Pacelli High School. Applicants must demonstrate service to his/her community through volunteer work, organizational leadershipand other service related activities.
