This scholarship is open to graduating senior or current college student from any high school in the CBCF seven-county service area who have participated in JROTC in high school or intends to join ROTC in college, ROTC program or reservist. Applicants may also be a member of Texas National Guard or a member of the U.S. Armed Forces who has served at least three years active duty. Honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces and dependent of someone currently on active duty in the U.S. Armed Forces who has served at least three years and will enroll full-time at an accredited college or university is also eligible to apply.
