This scholarship was established by the Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults in memory of Jamie Roberts. Jamie had a larger than life personality, love of sports and infectious energy and enthusiasm. Jamie always put others before herself and wanted to do everything she could to make a difference. Her life was tragically cut short in the summer of 2014 when she was participating in the 4K for Cancers cross-country bike ride. This scholarship was intended tosupport young adults affected by cancer, either personally, or through the diagnosis of a loved one, and who embody Jamies infectious positive attitude, love of adventure and ability to inspire others to achieve higher goals.
